Q: Why is my ad/logo one color?

A: T-Shirts – All of our t-shirt ads will be printed in the color the school contact chose for their project. The front and back of the shirt will have the same color ink.

A: Posters & Pockets – All of our poster and pocket schedule ads will be printed in black on a full-color background.

Q: My ad/logo proof is incorrect.

A: That’s okay! We view these early proofs as a good place to start. Respond to the email you received with any changes you would like. Our team will make these changes and send you an updated proof for your review.

Q: What logo file formats do you accept?

A: PDF, TIFF, EPS, JPG, Microsoft Word and Publisher.

Q: Where should I send my logo edits?

A: Please contact one of the following Graphics Departments and include your full business name and the school name in the email.

Q: My ad/logo was printed incorrectly.

Q: Why am I being called so far in advance of the posters being printed?

A: In order for our company to deliver posters to the school and community on time, we have to operate on a tight production schedule. Calling you in advance ensures that we have enough time to build your ad. Therefore, allowing us to make changes and place it on the school’s poster in preparation for the season.

Q: I need a copy of your W-9.
