How will my logo print?
Each of our products displays your logo a little differently due to how they are printed. See below for how the same logo will appear on a dark T-Shirt, T-shirt Hang Tag, and Poster Schedule.

Black and white (grayscale) logo
High resolution images are more suitable for printing. Here’s a what a 2 inch logo at 300 ppi looks like printed with no resizing.
Low resolution images look blurry when printed. Here’s that same 2 inch logo at 72 ppi (a lower resolution).
What is image resolution?
Image Resolution describes the detail of an image, in pixels per inch (ppi). Images with more pixels per inch have greater clarity.
Printers rely on high resolution images of 300-1200 ppi, while computer monitors are designed to display images at 72-96 ppi. Because of this, an image that displays well on a website, may not always have the same clarity when printed.

How do I send my logo to the Graphics Team?
T-Shirts
- Send logo to: tshirtgraphics@allamericanpublishing.com
- Specify the name of your business.
- Specify the name of the school you are supporting.
- Accepted file formats: PDF, TIFF, EPS, JPG, PNG.
- Logos must be in resolution of 300-600 ppi.
- Color logos will be converted to a single color.
- Photography or complex images are not accepted.
- Specify any slogans, web site addresses, or other text graphics you’d like to include.
Poster and Pocket Schedules
- Send logo to: graphics@allamericanpublishing.com
- Specify the name of your business.
- Specify the name of the school you are supporting.
- Accepted file formats: PDF, TIFF, JPG, PNG.
- Logos and images must be in resolution of 300-600 ppi.
- Color logos or images will be converted to grayscale (black/white).
- Specify any slogans, web site addresses, or other text graphics you’d like to include.
Need to mail it?
- When mailing business cards, please send two, just in case one is damaged.
- Avoid stapling or writing on originals, as we need a clean copy for scanning.
- Please specify the information you would like placed in your ad. (From your business card, letterhead, etc).
